And SG has done what to date.....legend yes playing well no ...scrathing his bum a.lot...I want Roy keane type.stuff grabbing teams by the bollox and driving his team.on. Keane hadn't half the talent of SG but was 10th times the.player.....

Shelvey was twice the player stevie was today and has been better all season. Dont know whats wrong with stevie but his heart just isnt here anymore. Bar games against everton and newcastle last season no games stand out where he performed. Granted Shelvey hasnt been the star yet but towards the end of last season, pre season and this season he has been performing much better. When he came on today he was driving forward and we looked a little more dangerous, not much but a little. Stevie jus needs to get the passion back but until then Shelvey should start ahead.

Gerrard keeps getting worse every other game, sadly we cant rely on him anymore, its about time we found a replacement for him... Today he was abject.

Gerrard was atrocious, I am sorry if any of the fans have stevie g is god posters in their bedrooms but he has got to go!
The 3 goals he got against everton have helped prolong his image as a dynamic box t o box midfielder . He is nothing of the sort anymore. Fantastic player and the last i would want t o get rid of. But as fsg and other owners have shown football is ruthless nowadays. Many younger players last season tended to hide behind gerrard and waited for him to do something special and so often it didn't come.
For the first time today I thought he looked actually fed up. He probably realises he will never win a title with liverpool.
Probably the 2nd best player for lfc of all time . Some might say the best, but he's holding the team back and with this tiki turd football he looks even more out of place. Allen does the long ball passes better than him now t oo

i think both he and Reina have no faith in fsg, the manager and the new signings. They see a long hard season ahead. I could not give a stuff he is our captain and paid to do the best job he can. He made a load of mistakes today gave the ball away a few times.

Shelvey had 3 shots in 15mins which all troubled the keeper. Stevie hardly had 3 shots all season, has been average at best for at least two seasons now.
