Am i the only one who wants Gerrard dropped for Jonjo? Gerrard has been pure much the last 18 months bar the 3 he got against everton, sort it the [oops] out Liverpool

Hopefully BR will fire both guns at Ian Ayre, by not getting the 2 players he wanted Ian Ayre and FSG have really damaged our club.

No CL place this year for sure.

I might even put a bet on us getting relegated... Well finishing in the bottom half that's gotta be odds on surely?

I would like to see Gerrard dropped too as Jonjo looks alot better. He just isn't the same anymore, wheter he's not bothered or is just finished it doesnt really matter coz he's just not very good. However it would take some balls on Rodgers part to drop him. I cant see the majority of fans agreein with the decision, even though it needs to be done. Rodgers seems to be all about pleasin the fans so far, and that would probly cause an uproar...

we could defo finish anywhere from 13th to 16th. other teams buy people that score goals , we don't bother.

Gerrard needs to be dropped, he did nothing for us today in the game.
In fact he cost us the first goal, after which we fell apart.

Put simply I have had enough of Gerrard phoning in performances like today and then getting MOM's performances for England (and injured playing for them).

He should be given a ultimation - retire from England and commit to Liverpool fulltime (ala Paul Scholes) or become a bench player.

As with Reina if we drop Gerrard who do we replace him with?

A lack of investment from our American owners have damaged our club to point where we are left with this weak squad.


All it will take is for Agger (Injury prone), Gerrard (Injury prone), or Suarez to get a injury and we look very lightweight.

I'm seriously worried about relegation this year, and if it was hard to get players while we are not in the CL, it will be impossible to get them if we get relegated to the Championship.

Upper-mid table, no worse. We're poor, but we're certainly no worse than Wigan, Southampton, Reading, Norwich, Villa, etc. BR needs to grow a pair though and drop Gerrard and give a serious bollocking to Reina. The only ones that can really have their heads held high after these first few games are Allen and Sterling (and probably Sahin after today).

Anyone who thinks we can't get relegated is delusional. Whether we will or not is a different matter, although we will be much closer to the bottom than to the top (points wise).
