Nuri Sahin wants to help Liverpool secure Champions League spot

Nuri Sahin says Liverpool can finish in the top four this season and has not ruled out making his loan move from Real Madrid permanent.
The Turkish midfielder, 23, who had also been linked with Arsenal this summer, joined Brendan Rodgers's side on a season-long loan on Saturday.
Asked whether the move could be made permanent, he said: "You never know.
"I am looking forward to playing this season and we will do everything to get into the top four."

What if he does really well for us, Settles in the League then goes to Chelsea or City... Yeah thanks for this £7 million pound loan Ian Ayre, Once again your commercial skills have been outstanding.

yep thats a problem alright, if he does well he goes to the higgest bidder ,ie city

hope he does well though, BR's set up is made for him
only worry I would have is turks don't usually travel that well and he might find it hard to settle, anyone know if he is proper turk or german turk?, the latter being better for us

No where in that article did he even mention using us as a stepping stone or leaving us for Chelsea or City. He is here to do his best and once the season is over return to Real. But if we make the top 4 and he really enjoys playing for us, then there's a chance he'll stay. That's all there is to this situation.

Is it a waste if he helps us get ECL football and can then attract a better standard of player? Your just having a go for having a goes sake. Have you some hidden agenda against Ayers or something. Quite a short sighted view on things really.

Is he any good this guy ? I am not well up on these foreign chaps? What position does he play is he central mid or a wide player?
