I'm just going in 20 mins to have me neck and arm physio'd and massaged due to 'slightly' overdoing it in there.

Absolutely goosed them both I have, but we're all just left to get on with it.

i could do with a massage on my bloody shoulder. it keeps on giving me problems time to time

Got a big mountain bike v marathon runner 5 hour race coming up in 8 weeks time in /at Snowdon , so I need to sort meself.

mad so much for your days off relaxing, not! im so fed up with cold calls on the phone 3 times this morning and now at the bloody door too! Must remember not to answer either any more.GRRRR!
