Good I don't like the man. Not because he is Man Utd but because of his behaviour shameful treatment of women in Manchester gulliable young girls and his general persona of him being some sort of important person. He is not believe me.

Not a nice character at all, got off lightly going by the standards the FA apparently set (ha) also.

£45,000 is not even a slap on the wrist to him, it, nothing now the FA should do something about the racial content.

So one person is punished heavily and crucified by all and sundry for something which nobody heard and for which there was no sound or video evidence...

... whilst another person gets special treatment with a hearing carried out secretly; is mildly reprimanded for making a blatantly racist comment which he broadcast to the world; a comment which mocked someone in a very difficult position but who was brave enough to give evidence in court which he knew would make him unpopular amongst some of his closest friends; a comment which could discourage others in the future from giving evidence purely on the grounds of race.

Notice also how the media, anti-racist campaigners, leaders of various organisations are silent on the issue.

Total Hypocrisy.

Just a quick note guys he didn't make the initial comment he made a joke regarding it.

That's only party correct keefe. Yes, he didn't make the initial comment but I don't think he simply made a joke about either.

He clearly endorsed what had been said by the original twit and he also repeated the racist term. It wasn't even in a private conversation - he was endorsing a racist view and using racist language in a global forum. That is an insulting to many more people than just Ashley Cole.

Furthermore, he astonishingly then tried to claim that it wasn't a racist term and, as far as I'm aware, he hasn't publicly apologised or even expressed regret for using such blatantly racist language.

Now I'm not advocating an 8 game ban, but no apology, no acknowldgement of an error and a financial penalty which means very little. What kind of message does that give?

+1. I havnt heard one single word mentioned about this except from who ever posted it on here? This makes me so angry i dont know where to start with it, surely someone will come out and say something? someone outside the LFC triangle otherwise they will be accused of being paranoid about conspiracies against LFC.
