Because you've followed the rest, like sheep would do, thats fine.

But your also expecting everybody else to follow you in line also.

Sorry I fail to support a government that condones blowing millions on something that in the scheme of thing, means f*ck all, apart from the return it brings to the capital, in a capitalist country we live in.

And here's me thinking the country is in bits and could do with the money spent in better areas, and heres me thinking there are children and adults all over the world starving...and there are people in London paying £8 for a cheese sandwich in the Olympic village, and they will pay it, and clap and cheer on GB like they are told to do, and smile, and dont say a word, and sit still, and behave, and conform, and do what the government tell you to do.

And anybody who refuses to get took by it all, and does not jump on the bandwagon, is wrong and boring etc etc etc

my point was why back uruguay and suarez and not back craig bellamy and i got all these cock and bull stories about liking uruguay and wanting to tell the mancs something i dont know , nothing to do with team GB , but yes i want team GB to do well at all olympic sports bradley wiggins , chris hoy , rebbeca adlington etc etc and craig bellamy .

People have their own mind and free will faz, and those that are in control of it, do not need to be like the rest if they dont want to, or believe in it. You must understand not everybody wants to be a sheep and follow the rest.

And its these people that normally get taken out early, because they are dangerous to the establishment.

They believe in whats right and important, not whats wrong and irrelevant to the bigger picture.

seriously how many on here are from uruguay ? and are they backing uruguay on what ever they have people in at the olympics ? are is as i think anyone who are against a GB competitor or team they back ?

Perhaps they are supporting Uruguay out of principal and moral?

They are seeing the example that has been made out of a foreigner in a foreign country, perhaps they believe we are all brothers and sisters and nobody, whatever nationality, color or creed, should be targeted like Luis Suarez has been in this country? Maybe just maybe, they see what the country and government is all about, maybe at times themselves they felt like Luis Suarez does now? Maybe they sympathize?

Maybe just maybe, they see a human?

Just because you are from England, doesn't mean you have to support team GB, but I'm sure the government would like to put a 1984 law on it, so that was indeed the case.

But the fact of the matter is, if you want to be free, you cant follow the norm, and you cant allow yourself to go by your conditioning, but you must your own free will.

Maybe they can support whoever they want to support, maybe they can do whatever they want to do.

I'm not from Liverpool, you gonna tell me I shouldn't be supporting Liverpool Football Club?
