he has been cleared of a criminal charge does nt mean he isnt guilty of foul an d abusive language on a football pitch , and as for suarez sorry he was bang to rights have said it many a time . please explain how suarez was bang to rirghts because he admited saying what he said thats why .and please dont come back with it ok in his country , its ok to eat dogs in korea but its not in this country so it wasnt ok for suarez to call evra what he called evra , and people have to take the terry incident as it is a criminal case suarez didnt go to court .

Both cases are very similar. The significant difference is that they were dealt with differently. One went through a criminal procedure and hence the charge needed to be proven beyond reasonable doubt. My question to you Faz is this: Had Suarez been taken to court on the same charge as Terry, do you think he would have been found guilty or not guilty? It's a very simple question Faz.
