what approch to the next resigme would you like i would love phil thompson or manolo jimunez (seviila manager) but i think rafa deserves backing after the last 5 years and after the summer he had to put up with, but 10 point from the festive period atleast tho me think

3 down 7 to go

beat wigan pompey and wovles and a good away point at villa put us somewhere near the track if not quite right back on it

emp two months ago you were suggesting gianfranco zola and now he's not even in your top 3. i'm assuming that if we are going to suggest people to take over that we're hoping to see them as a long term and stable success story a la ferguson or wenger? let's not make suggestions for liverpool's next manager as dispoble as real madrid's staff.

1.o neill

there's my wish list in that order.

The more I see Coyle the more I like him. And there is something about Scottish managers.

i would of course like to have hiddink or mourinho but if im going to be realistic i would say:

1. Prandelli
2. O'neill
3. Rijkaard

i would go for cesare pandelli. in his four years in charge at fiorentina he has taken the club to a top 4 spot 3 out of 4 times. they also did manage to get a uefa cup spot the season they started with a 15 point deduction. he's taken them to the semi-finals in the uefa cup and now most recently they finished top of our group in CL as we all know. i think he's done a great job in florence and i would love it if he became our next manager...
