I'm just wondering what you think the future has in store for this lad? When/will he be promoted to the first team and will he flourish under Brendan Rogers? Will Rogers' famed 'style' of football be the perfect fit for him and is there any player you think is a good comparison to Suso?

What about Joao Carlos Teixeira? Are they similar players and could the development of one hamper the other?

i think Rodgers will put them in if he things they are good enough

Of course it's very important not to rush the young lads and throw them in at the deep end but there's a fair few young players I'd like to have a good look at next season.

Shelvey, Teixeira, Suso and Sterling to name a few are players I think should get some game time in the NextGen Series and earlier Carling Cup games.

The clips from that video make him look like a class act.

Hes still inconsistant for the reserves though and I think he needs to get stronger build wise before being put in the first team squad.

Seems Suso likes his social life and was an issue last year. Hopefully he doesn't p*ss away the undoubted talent he has!

I don't think he will get much senior time if any (bar maybe friendlies). I think he's far from ready for that. But the lad obviously has a lot of talent, loses the ball a bit too much still but hopefully age and experience will help that. I don't think we will see much of him till 2, 3 seasons away. I always try to remain VERY down to earth and cautious on these kids because there are plenty who look like absolute world beaters right up until the age of 21 in the reserves and then just can't compete at senior level even in the lower leagues. Too many disappointments. The one I can't help but be excited for is obviously Sterling though. Really hope Rodgers just goes for it with him.
