Good interview that, he came over clear, calm and collected, I like that and i feel optimistic about the coming season and generally have a good feeling towards brendan, so good luck to him i hope he can gets us off to a good start and take us back to the glory days

I'm sure welovethekop will be along to dispute this soon.

Brendan rodgers out, Rednapp in and then we'll get Cavani and Modric. If he doesn't win his first 5 games he should be gone. Scratch that he should go now.

Also said he wants to bring in three or four new faces too. What he said about Suarez was very encouraging too!
The fella certainly talks a good game but our first few games are really massive....

Can anyone summarise more of what he said? My firewall is blocking the link..

TBH he kept his cards close to his chest but said he would like 3/4 more players, he said luis says he's happy but brendan would like to get him to sign another contract. Then he went on to say how made up he is to be in charge of LFC.

Yes nice tidy interview , happy to hear Suarez is not going to do a runner on us and also that BR is trying to land 3 or 4 new players. I feel we have a fighting chance with this guy, and the idea of getting back to good old fashioned Liverpool pass and move football is exiting, so am looking forward to the new season...once again!

It's laughable how saying the right things has convinced fans that BR is the right man :S. He's out of his depth. He hasn't got a clue and come September the 30th, he'll be gone with us bottom of the pile followong humiliating defeats . Bring in Redknapp.
