still hope we dont lose him, did quite well last year. If we get 20m, still have to spend good chunk of it to get a replacement. Dont think coates or kelly ready yet for prolonged central role. I know we've slipped behind recently but dont think we should accept bids from rival clubs for our consistent players +1

There has not been any contact between liverpool fc and man city regarding skrtel, the report of a bid is just total nonsense. What we got to 8 pages with no proof of a bid?Surely not.

Cant believe so many fans dont see what Skrtel brings to us. Last season he was are player of the season (but thats not good enough). He scores goals for us, one in the cup final against Cardiff (but thats not good enough). He defends well even without Agger in the team (but thats not good enough) and hardly gets injured unlike Agger. Look over at City with there defence its no better then ares (that why the want him) but people still think his not good enough. Really cant believe it.

keefe, he is good enough, and he brings a lot to the team. But every player has their price, because if used correctly (rather than waste the money), selling could result in us buying two good players, and the team overall improving. It's about the team being better. That's fair enough if the player wants to go or we get two good starting players but people saying his not good enough IMO is a load ****

Just think he steady and reliable, no more, he's no Agger and is prone to diving in and being reckless in dangerous areas of the pitch.

There's a lot to be said for steady and reliable, particularly in goal or defence. yes nothing wrong with steady and reliable but they are qualities which should not really be praised, bit like players who show loyalty, commitment and effort these sorts of things should be automaticaly expected rather than seen as strenghths.
