I've just heard that he's going to turn down Everton to join Stoke. Would it surprise anyone if the little runt did join Everton though? He's already signed for our biggest rivals so I doubt he'd think twice about signing for our local rivals as well.
Definitely wouldn't surprise me. He's shown already that he doesn't understand the concept of loyalty. True enough that most footballers nowadays are just loyal to whoever's paying their wages, but most have at least a degree of class. Owen doesn't. He was a boyhood Everton fan. Definitely wouldn't surprise me to see him rub it in even further by joining them.
It's a shame for him really, because if constantly fit, he's still good enough to play for a top team. He knows where the goal is, you don't forget something like that.
