i dont know why the irish get so touch , they were a total embarrassment a very poor team if england were that bad the stick that would be given out , look at the stick roy hodgson got when he took the england squad over and he has done really well and the liverpool lads have done great as well , but ireland were utterly dire yes a tough group buta very poor team very poor .

This is just it fazakerley, if England was to get beat and you went on to an Irish, Scottish or Welsh team forum they would be lapping it up. I honestly dont understand what all the fuss is about, this is an English forum because it's about an English team not Irish, Scottish or Welsh but English so when a rival gets beat you laugh, gloat or celebrate, its what happens within football banter, whats next United get knocked out of the Champions League next season, we laugh at them and people come on here and complain, absolute joke.
If people dont like it or are touchy then maybe they should stay off the forum until the Internationals are over or something, I never thought the Irish footie fans were so touchy.

It has plenty to do with the fact that you stated on here that you dont like the Irish in general.

Liverpool are indeed an English club playing in an English league but I'm fairly certain they have never played Ireland so they wouldn't ever be our opponents.

But I dont think the Irish lads will lose much sleep over the fact that you dont like us, sure you dont like anyone.

How do the English lads on here think you will do against Italy.

no one is getting touchy about ireland being [oops]. we know we were [oops], no one is saying any different. the issue here is some people are trying to turn a liverpool forum into some kind of nationalist rally. its not on and will not be tolerated.
