Looks like West Ham are going to get him for a paltry £1M He's 29 (30 in November). The amount of goals he scored last season was amazing considering the service he received. It annoys me when we spend £35M on one striker when someone else for a 35th of that money is banging goals in. Nevertheless it wouldn't excite me if he came - but he's got to be worth it as a back up option at £1M! I'm also disappointed we never went in for the excellent Junior Hoilet. Exactly what we needed in my humble opinion!
Always liked Yakubu, a real pro and has scored goals wherever he went. But ya jus have to be skeptical with this one! but he is a very good finisher and better than no one! jus not lfc quality though im afraid!
