Ian we are a mid table side. But lets not get things out of perspective with a decent manager some quality signings and some impetus from our owners we could be a top 4 side again soon. We are still a huge club lets not put the condemed signs up just yet.
Stanley, you know I agree with alot of what you say, but come on, we are not going to finish top four. I am really excited about the coming season, we got shut of Dalglish and i really happy with the appointment of Brendan Rogers and looking forward to hopeful some better football and better results. The thing I dont see happening is a chance of finishing fourth tho, Stanley I know in previous posts you have clearly stated you are not confident FSG will bankroll our new manager with another 150 million pound which is what it will take to get us back up there challenging for a top four place, we both agree on this so a Club like ours can only really hope to emulate a Spurs or Newcastle in the coming years unless the footballing landscape changes or a financal disaster hits one of the big boys.
