Once the arsenal game is over we have 3 big games. Wigan Portsmouth and wolves. If we don't get points or perform well then major questions have to be asked as I do think time is ticking. Also with Torres and Gerard and aquaman all playing hopefully then no injury excuses pls.

I am just saying with the top 4 being the priority this season these games must be wins. because there are much tougher games later on and we major players coming back we have to make the most of it.

yep, questions has been asked ever since the defeat against a.villa (even though we went on to win the following 4 games in the league)...i don't think rafa will be sacked before the summer no matter how bad this season will turn...maybe if we have 10-12 points up to the 4th spot after christmas at the same time as we lose against reading in the fa'cup...no one knows and sadly we just have to wait and see what happens.

As far as I'm concerned our last 5 games have been important games and we didn't get enough points from them.
With 3 relatively easier games after Arsenal(although no games are easy given our current form) we must get all 9 points to remain in the race for a top 4 spot and get some much needed confidence to get on a run and keep pushing. Hopefully snatch three points at home from the Ar$e, win the next three games as well and get something out of the season. Who knows what may eventuate!!!

Lets look on the bright side though. If we beat Arsenal, and I know thats a big IF the way we are at the moment, and City, Totenham loose / draw we are still right in there and will only be a few points behind (I still find it hard to swallow being behind City and Totenham just before the new year!).

every next game is crucial ...yo....

With our current form, we don't have any easy games left.
with that it means that guys like Pacheco won't get to play a few minutes here and there.

It's a pity cause he deserves it.

well if masch goes in january ( which i dont think he will by the way, he's waiting to see if we are in CL next year) we could see a reshuffle and maybe pacheco will feature more. im not convinced by this incoming striker story. babel is gone, has to be. not sure about voronin but dosenna could be rolling out of town too. kuyt doesnt look like he's going to pick it up so raff may do the unthinkeable and take a new approach with pacheco. in fact babel leaving might bring dosenna back into the fray.
the team does look flat, so it might be time for a shake down and try something different.
