isnt it a bit low profile compered to other world cups and euro's ?

Yeah, it seems to have just crept up on us where as usually everyone is going loopy for it. For me I just seem a bit worn down by our recent tournament performances so haven't given it so much thought.

In Ireland it's been talked about for months can't wait for it to start

To be honest I'm starting to get excited by it too, I'm just finally learning to enjoy the actual tournament rather than pinning any hope on England doing well.

Exactly we enjoy it and we are not thinking about winning for sure just going to enjoy cheering the team on and anything else is a bonus

Im really excited, more football! Its also interesting to see how the Liverpool players perform on the world stage, players that we are linked with too

I'm looking forward to it now, nice to take a break from all things LFC for a while and just watch some football.

Im confident in my boys from Holland but dam a group of Germany/Holland/Portugal/Denmark. Thats the #3, 4, 5 and 9 ranked teams in the world all in one group. Who the hell chose these groups?
