Good luck Dirk mate.

Same here. Absolutely gutted I am, and very sad to see possibly one of the most hard working players of all time leave.

All the very best to him. Now he can hopefully start playing again instead of sitting on the bench which he CLEARLY dis-liked doing.

Anways welcom at Anfield as far as I'm concerned.
Yes, I think he deserves legend status imo.

We'd have to pay someone to take Spearing!

1m... One [oops] million.

Honestly, it's unreal. Fantastic servant, played his heart out every game, loved the club and we loved him. Scored some brilliant goals! Especially against he mancs!

On a personal level I wish him all the best, but one million is 6-7 mil under his value in my opinion. Really upset to see him leave.
Thank you dirk and all the best.

Thanks for tireless work on the pitch and the many important goals you scored for us Dirk. A player who made the most of his opportunities with hard work and perseverance. Many players with more ability should take a leaf out of your book.

I have to say, now is probably the right time to let him go. He didn't have the best of seasons last year and he's not getting any younger.

That being said, there are few players that have worked harder than Kuyt to make the most of their limited ability. Just imagine if Andy Carroll had his workrate... And he was always one for the bigger occasions. He'll always be welcome back.
