almost every house surrounding the ground is owned by liverpool last time i was down the side streets by the ground there was about 6 houses with occupants and if they have been moved they will have been given a lot in my opinion
My uncles house backs onto anfield and i can tell you now he will not move
check this out deaks.
Kitts said homes would be given "an open market valuation" – which he suggested could be upgraded to reflect an area in better condition – plus a 10% "home loss payment" and removal costs. Liverpool will not have to negotiate directly with residents or buy their houses.
Kitts said the council has the option of applying for compulsory purchase powers, to force residents to sell, if necessary. Some home-owning residents are fearful that they will not receive enough to pay for a similar home elsewhere.
i dont like that kind of thing, but maybe get your uncle to check it out see if it applies to him.
