Spot on! Exactly my thoughts on the players we need to buy and the costs.
Sigurdson is a steal and as you say, a player that looks like he can get at least 8 from midfield EVERY season. Therefore becoming a 15-20m player in the process.
Didn't know MB was manager of Hoffenheim so as you say, he'd gladly do us a favour!
That's where we struggle. Midfield. It is so obvious its untrue! Goals change games and our midfield currently could contribute about 16 a season with about 10 of those coming from one player!(SG).
Look at the other top sides. They all have players that can chip in with 10+ goal midfielders, particularly Man U (Nani, Young, Kagawa (Soon to be signed)) and Chelsea (Mata, Lampard, Ramires, Hazard).
That is a massive headstart for any team!
Would love to get Kagawa from Borussia Dortmund! You have to rate Sir Alex. THe guy doesn't mess about. Of course everyone would like Hazard but he has the next best thing in Kagawa who is relatively cheap, young, experienced and delivers 10+ goals and assists per season).
