. We can all speculate but as much as I would have wanted an experienced manager I will support my club to the end. I hope you come with an all fresh approach, you might even get the also runs to perform but I won't hold my breath.
Yes we need some players replaced; I hope you know that? Some players currently playing might need you to get them to be more in touch with the modern game. Are you capable? Soon we will see....
We have had the overpriced, over hyped players come in before and not perform. We have also had a bunch of cheapos perform and sometimes even excel or not.
Let's hope that you Mr. Rodgers will not be a Mr.Hodgson and that you will be better than Mr. Dalglish, let's dream that you might just be a tactician similar to Mr. Benitez and a little like the forgotten Mr.Houllier who got us a lot of cups with a mediocre team. I understand that you were a Special One understudy we hope some of him rubbed off on you.
Let's hope that this is the real new dawn and not just another false one. FSG give the man some time and financial backing but don't shell out silly money similar to what the King did on the likes of Henderson and Downing. Get it right and pay the silly money for the new world stars like we did when we bought Suarez and Torres.
