yeh im sure they will and i understand all that, but they've let it get out of hand i think.. i'll stop my whinging, just frustrated!

lol the forum is the only thing keeping me sane.. i'm from australia so our time zone is diff and im constantly online late at night or first thing in the morning seein if dunc has come up with "breaking news"!!

I don't need them to tell me that they are useless. The fact that they have deployed a think-tank to find a new manager tells me everything I need to know. Unfortunately, the w@nktank seems to know even less than FSG if martinez has emerged as their number 1 target.

here's a question for everyone then. Just out of interest, and a bit of fun:

What is the date by which, if we haven't heard anything we should start to think '... er... ffs... what's going on?' ... or 'Yikes!... maybe they really don't know what they're doing!'

Today is obviously too soon it seems. And I guess we'd all agree that the first day of the new season is way too late. So what's the date in between these two when things change?

Didn't we do a worldwide search with Kenny's input only to come up with Roy Hodgson? and that too as a replacement for a European Cup winning manager?

The pattern seems to be.... we know who we don't want, we know who we prefer, he might not be popular, lets make noises about taking time to find the best man for the job, and then reveal our man as the outcome of the thorough search process

Its up to us what we read and what we believe etc,however although i wouldn't expect minute by minute updates of what they are thinking/doing it would be nice as devotees to the cause if we were given a tiny snippet of reassurance from the owners at this time, we all agree surely we are anxious and eager to hear something?, i mean we are the supporters so they must know we will be sweating for news here! also it wouldn't do their PR skills any harm would it to be seen to have a tiny amount of empathy for us nuts sitting,watching,and waiting for a sign.

on the other hand during the euros, if its bad news like martinez got job , most football fans won't take any notice and lfc will be less of a laughing stock
