Still dont understand why he would want to come to a Club like Liverpool when he could have the pick, maybe somebody could explain that to me because I am baffled.

Because Liverpool is the biggest club in the world. Pep wants history and coaches absolute football soccer wtf you call it. He will be seduced come next week.

Why don't you think he will? but don't give us the club is not as big as was YADA YADA! Obviously there are people who hold the club in a lot higher regard than you do . He maybe would want the challenge too take our club back to the top!!

I just think he would take over a Club like ours when he can have the pick of almost every Club in the world. I think he has a fantastic reputation in the game at present and he would lose that if he came to us, I think he's clever enough to know this and is one of the reason's I dont see it happening.

While I kind of agree with some of ians points of view. There's no need to be so negative about it.

We aren't one of europes elite clubs anymore, but we still have the fourth largest fan base in the world. Who knows what FSG are prepared to pay for his services. Money talks.....

well if fsg or the club think like that then we really are doomed. you have accepted mediocrity.

We are still one of Europes elite. We're just not having a great time of it the last few seasons. Imagine if he came here and turned us round. He got the mighty Liverpool great again. That's one hell of a carrot to dangle and maybe better than taking over Chelsea and being told you spent your way to victory.

Anyway, I don't see him coming to us or anyone else this year. He seems to be a straight up bloke and if he says he'll take a year out I think he will.
