If you aint got a clue about what your venturing into, then dont go into it!
It's like us going over to America and blowing a billion on a NFL team. You would not know where to start and secondly you would be clamoring for all the help you can get to prevent you from looking like total misplaced mistimed idiots.
There is that much indecision with FSG, They're not over here (when the f*ck are they?) for football and success for Liverpool, they are here for business and money, something everybody understands.
They just sacked the manager based on recommendation from people outside the club, just think about that for a second, then take into account who Kenny Dalglish actually is! If they'll do that on the recommendation from people on the outside, nothing will surprise me.
They sack the manager, they ring the changes at the club, where are they? Sat watching a baseball game in Boston? Releasing the compulsory nothing worded statement? What about a proper statement? A conference, a call, an interview on why you made the decision and where you are moving forward?
There is absolutely nothing to go by, except for the puppet man Ian Ayre.
If FSG are gonna flash the cash and buy into other sporting areas, then they better start taking responsibility and taking control, because at this moment in time, it appears to me at least, they're not actually calling the shots and making the decisions.
Call it doom all you want, thats how I see it, tell me it aint so!

Can someone explain to me why Martinez is even being considered. His achievement so far- keeping Wigan away from relegation in the last 2/3 seasons. Even Hodgson has a better record than him. Whoever is advising FSG needs to go to specssavers.

It means business is being done behind closed doors, which is the way it should be done. They will come out when they have something concrete to say. It's better that way.

Have to say although I favour rafa over martinez i am not 100pc sure that rafa would get us up to 2nd spot again , unless fsg pump another 150 m into the club, (nor could any manager though imo) Martinez looks a (too) safe bet for top 6 football. But not top 4. Still, who can say if martinez were given 150 million it might be possible. In terms of risk I wouldnt pick either of them. Rafa is high risk. Martinez threatens mediochre results maybe FSG dont care as long as they sell shirts in asia?
