I think I could finally wish him the best when if/when he goes abroad. I think even the biggest hater would welcome him back if he started banging in the goals for us. Wouldn't ever happen though- Not even a chance!
I doubt he's put in a transfer request. I think that talk is just mischief-making. His interview with Balague seems to me like a bit of a threat to the club, as if to say "play me more or I'm off". If Drogba signs a new contract, or if they sign a new striker (eg: Cavani) it'll be interesting to see what happens with him.

He'll never work in that team. They don't have the passing capacity to integrate him properly like we did with SG and XA.
I reckon if Rafa was our next manager he would seriously consider bringing him back. AVB obviously wouldn't touch him with a barge pole.
I think the next manager will be AVB/Rafa or Capello in that order.
Personally, I'd still take Nando back in a heartbeat. He has won every medal possible apart from the Premier League and he has learnt his lesson now about 'the grass not always being greener'.
