i may be the only one but i am just happy kenny is gone.
although i wouldn't personally choose martinez, at least he is a '21st century' coach unlike dalglish. im not gonna be snobbish about our new manager if martinez has the best ideas of how to move us forward then i have very little problem with him being our new manager. he seems to be a manager who builds for the future, which i like a lot. none of this come up win a couple of trophies and fvck off. i think theres a long way to go. but i think martinez will get the job.

im not trying to be nice. ffs its wigans manager lads, we cant sit around pissn and moaning because we are not in the top 4 and then recruit a wigan manger with a checkered past. his old club swansea played wigan off the park this season so he is not even improving. how we are even interviewing this guy is astonishing.

I don't actually think Martinez will be a bad thing if it happens tbh he has Wigan playing great football. At the minute we aren't in the position to argue over managers whoever it is give them a chance lads

Playing "great football" isn't what makes a manager good.

I know I agree with you mate it was our lack of goals and defensive errors that went against us, our football which we played was good football. All I'm saying is whoever gets the job is the man we must show faith in after all we can't really have a worse season league wise next season. The list mentioned brendan rogers,Martinez, AVB (I hope not) and guerdiola (unlikely but would be super!). Is everyone against Martinez and rogers then?
