That's total crap every manager has to start somewhere and been give a chance some day. Yes some may flop like big Sam at Newcastle or Roy when he was in charge. But others do a job like old red nose or wenger when he came from japan
Life is a mystery and you have no guarantee of any success but if Martinez is picked lets give him a chance at least.
so true..and i hope to god FSG are not worried about fans crying about it. if they think martinez can play great spanish style football and get us up the league then sign him on and don't listen to fans moaning about he hasn't won this or that. the majority of LFC fans want rafa back which goes to show u they are not the brightest bunch.
martinez has been managing a relegation threatened team the last few years..im not saying he is a bad coach but i dont understand how he is even in the picture?? is there something i've missed?? i know you say they gotta start somewhere but he has and the only thing he has been successful at is keeping wigan up! thats not exactly comforting, remember roy?? i think rafa is the solution for now and the future, i cant believe people can just forget his acheivments so quickly, sure he was frustrating at times but he got the job done and gave us nights to remember!! and players that the best clubs in the world would kill for!! torres masch alonso!! forget the duds!!
