Not to bash Rafa as I am a fan, but i remember Yousi Benayoun saying that he was a bit of an arsehole to the players and was pretty average with player management skills
In fairness benayoun is a bit of an arsehole himself!
Has everyone forgot rafa didnt have much money to play with with the yanks chattin [oops] all the time so he had to sell to bring wasnt nice to see xabi go but thats football.
