Ive seen/heard a lot of talk about Daglish's successor already. but theres more to it than just a new manager, I think FSG have recognised LFC have fallen deeply behind ouR so-called rivals and we have been for sometime, we have had the odd season where we fire on all cylinders and get a trophy or 2 but nothing sustainable. My point is i think FSG has recognised LFC needs to change from top to bottom to enable us to compete with all the top clubs, so new managment structure and new ideas are the way forward im greatful for what kenny has done but we need to look at the bigger picture. My question is how would you like to see LFC ran? who would be your dream team? Manager/DOF?

I don't know the answer rory but your analysis of the problem is spot on. The club from top to bottom is a shambles and needs drastric change and looks like were gunna get it. Bring it on I say.

Back to basics.

I thank kenny for coming back and sorting out the disaster we was in before. He rightfully got offered the job on a full time basis but unfortunately his signings were not great and our season was not great. We did show promise against some teams and beat a few big teams but we were going backwards.

Don't know who we will get but hopefully someone who can bring in some great players to turn our team around. We are in need of some 'match winners' not 'squad players'

And we definitely need to get the new stadium built ASAP!

No we dont want a new stadium, we need to get a top side built first, then start winning Leagues and Champions Leagues on a regular basis before we can even start thinking about new stadiums, we wont fill one being mid table every season which is what we are for the foreseeable future.

I think we should follow arsenal and barcelona and set our foundations on youth players which is what i believe fsg are trying to do. for this reason i would expect to see tex former barcelona DOF with a young manager who shares the same ideas and philosophy as tex. For this reason i think Rafa or Villa boas may be our prime candidates as they both want a "project" and lets be truthful LFC is far from the finished article and thats been our down fall whilst we sat on our perch looking down on everyone polishing our trophys we have fallen behind 4 or 5 clubs and its taken a good 15 years for someone to recognise this and have the balls to make these tough decisions which is why i thank the changes FSG are making. Hopefully they make the right appointments and decisions,

As long its a manager who can attract top players who plays attacking and attractive footbal with a winning mentality than i am happy.
