Nilmar is almost always injured. Rossi is out for another year after re-aggravating his knee injury. Senna is decent but is pushing on a bit. Can anybody here honestly say they've been watching him consistently since Euro 2008?
I would take Musacchio and Borja Valero in a second. Maybe Zapata, but that's about it. And even with Valero I'm a little hesitant. He's a great creative midfielder and exactly the sort of player we could use. But, despite his success in La Liga, he didn't exactly cover himself in glory when he was with West Brom.
