I'm not quite getting this - 'G Nev' says he wants to give something back to the fans. How is he doing that? Is the accommodation going to be cheap or something?

Strange to see him building a hotel out of his testamonial money. It seems to be the done thing these days to give the proceeds to charity.

I agree Bari the wealth of modern footballers is obscene. Not only is a millionaire ten times over but now trying to build a business empire. I remember in his home town near Bolton is tried to build some monstrosity and the locals were in uproar. I think he lost.

Its his dosh he can do as he pleases i spose. yes hey earn obscene amounts but so do the likes of actors and singers and look at some of the crap they buy
