well the striker is needed but i think the defensive midfierd will also be good
Its clear to me that jay isn't good enough for a top 6 team

does anyone know anything about him other than his goal scoring record? is he a lead the line type striker or is he a suarez type striker? Have to say, from what I've seen of him, I really like the look of him http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BeAZrfQnCuo thanks bar. as we all know youtube can be very misleading. and a lot of players have looked like world beaters in holland and have completely flopped in the PL. he does look good though. looks like a complete striker, good in the air and a good finisher, looked averagely quick. i would deffo have him. sign him up rafa

I hope we do our transfer business early for a change (hopefully kenny's replacement has an idea who he wants already or we're shafted!). Any player that plays in Euro's will be in the 'shop window' giving us extre competition to sign him - plus there's the inflated fees around major international tournament time.
GOOD NEWS: following this weekend results we are now "GUARANTEED" a top half finish. Rejoice!
