woefully poor article.

Why is he a villian for investing in his teams? That article looks like someone checked the wikipedia page for liverpool and then the red sox and then threw some words together.

It's a [oops] article. The man who wrote it clearly is a utd fan

It isn't a very good article. But the basic theme of the article is undeniable. I did not realise the Red Sox have similar issues to Liverpool. No wonder John looked so glum on his last visit.

I know nothing about the Red Sox, but if what it says in the article is true about the red sox then how can anyone say its wrong. there is no opinions or statements, it sounds factual. what ever is said about Liverpool is true. Cant see what wrong with the article.
Ive said from day 1 FSG look dont look like the people that everyone thinks they are.
i did read stanleys post last night about the deafening silence and it did fill me with hope, but you know people, I am so disappointed with LFC, i put my hands up and give up. ill take each day as it comes and ill beleive it when i see it. not expecting anything! in fact getting prepared for more of the same disappointments!

You get that quite a lot on forums. If the articel isn't saying how fantastic we are then people start slagging off either the source, the writer, or both. I haven't read the article and I think it's fantastic!


Just read the article - quite a worrying albiet very brief summary of john henry.

On a lighter note, there's an amusing video link at the end of the article showing some player doing a moonwalk whilstg receiving a yellow card for dangerous play!
