Why is this guy so underrated by Kenny? He's scored more than double the amount of Downing, in less than half the games. Yet constantly, Kenny picks '2 goal in 30+ games' Downing instead of him. It's appalling.

Remember when he finally got a start against Blackburn? He scored 2 quick goals. What happens next? He gets dropped.

He should've started yesterday taking into consideration his record vs Chelsea, yet he doesn't even get playing time.

If Kenny stays, I hope Maxi leaves for his own good. The way one of our few players that can score is being treated by Dalglish is appalling.

maxi has to be sold, if he's not a regualar he has to go due to high wasted wages.

In truth same goes for aqua cole kuyt and Maxi all on £80,000+ a week and not even 1st team players

What I'm getting at is that he SHOULD be a first team starter, Kenny is too clueless to realise

Tbh depends on the team if the likes of carroll are playing with henderson and spearing and no bellamy or suarez or gerrard he shouldnt start,

If suarez bellamy gerrard all play and we dont have carroll and hendo in the team he should play

he has chipped in with a few goals this year but he doesn't exactly have time on his side. and i don't think he benefits the team when andy carroll is on the pitch. his link up play can be intelligent at times but lacks pace and trickery to beat anyone down the flank. we need ship this lot out and bring in a natural winger and natural finisher
