I think it's about time we try and get Dirk into the England squad, I'm sure we could make up an English grandad up or something.

This player is exactly what we need in the Euro's! His ball retention and vision is of the charts! Hodgson would weave his magic, Kuyt and Heskey up front gives Puyol nightmares!

I don't agree that he gave up - did you not see the sliding tackle on Frei? And if he did give up it's because he was only one putting himself about for the 90 - everyone around him was dreadful, no spirit, no cohesion. A lot of that comes down to the selection of course, and I certainly wasn't expecting miracles in this game given that we would rest so many of our key players.

And yet the only comment you make is to slate our best player on the night?

I think the very least the club should do would be to offer a FULL refund to all of tonights attendees as a way of apologising for such utterly breath takingly dire home performances shyte this season.
