Has anyone watched him this season? Hell no, he plays in Serie A!! :-) He's pretty much a regular in the 2nd best team in Serie A so he's probably doing quite well. CL football against the cream of europe next year if he stays - midtable scraps with Norwich and west brom if he comes back! Hmmmmm......

Thanks Kmuststay, i was wondering if there had been an aqua transformation or whether it was just wishful thinking.
That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

Like I've said, we should welcome him with open arms, and try our hardest to get him and his family settled. We have missed a player like him all season, someone who pull strings and adds a bit of creativity. We need an attacking/creative mid so much, save money and let Aqualani take up his role.
Some of the things he was doing during pre-season were very nice, if he has that abilty, then keep him.

Thing is, he wants to be in Italy, if Milan don't want to pay for him then another Italian team will, from what I've seen he's been decent this season and shouldn't be too hard to sell. But, totally agree Pops, we've missed a creative player like him, fingers crossed for a few Summer signings.

I'm not sweating about it. He's a quality player; far better than most of our new signings after evidence of one season (so guaranteed to be farmed out again)and what's £6 million between friends in Italy? We spend and waste money like water, have done for years.
It's got to the stage I just can't take any of this stuff at Anfield seriously anymore. It's honestly like an outing to Billy Smarts.
