[/quote] Alrite am local if am from London then because thats as local as someone from the leafy lanes of Southport compared to inner city Liverpool. You said he has the understanding of the locals and I am asking you how if he lives in Southport, nothing more nothing less, he does'nt live or mix with the people from the City so he wont have any understanding.
