how long before this cums up again ,if we are stuck with these 2 [oops] wont be long before they say how viable it will be and how much money it will save us Got to the stage now where i really dont care if it happens or not, things over the years have been stripped more and more way from the club and from what it used to be that the club is hardly recognisable. Lets be perfectly honest about it, there is no real reason for Liverpool to play it's home games in the City of Liverpool as virtualy all it's fans are from outside the City and abroad. Local fans dont get a chance to see the team play and the club it's self are only interested in fans from outside or abroad because when they come to visit they spend loads of money. I think in the future we may see Liverpool playing it's home games around the country or in other countries where a hot bed of fans live, you will see Liverpool v Arsenal or Chelsea going out to purse bids and ending up playing in places like Hong Kong or Malaysia or the middle east. Liverpool is now an International Club and has no real ties with the City or it's People it used to represent, the only shock is that we still have a Liver Bird on our Club Crest.

Just stating the way things are now and how far away the Club is now from the way it used to be, I know all things change in time but this proves changes are not always for the best. We have become much stronger over the years with Out Of Town and Foreign fans ploughing millions of pounds into the club but at the same time it has come at a price in that the Club has detatched it'self from the people and City it represents to the point that we have now lost our identity much like United lost there's years ago.

It is sad that football is heading that way. I think its why I am getting disillusioned with it. We will soon have franchises like in NFL where teams get up rooted and moved where the money is.

I thought we were trying to secure a record naming rights deal?
Dunk, any news on that front?
