I'm not taking anything badly.
Your defence of Kenny is admirable but you are becoming deluded.
Football is a results driven business and he isn't getting enough positive results.
Neither Rafa or Houllier ever ballsed it up as spectacularly as Kenny has this time around.
Kenny hasn't worked out, it's not a case of if....
Whoever the new manager is, he will have his work cut out restoring confidence, on and off the pitch, that's for sure.
Kenny Dalglish is an absolute legend at Liverpool Football Club but this time around the job has been a bridge too far.
You're distilling my arguments into an unfair summary. Firstly, the season is not over and the owners will make a decision based on the full results of the season, which might bring two out of three trophies.
Also, I have defended Kenny in terms of how he is treated by fans. I have also spoken about him potentially being replaced quite openly. You assume that because I do not want Rafa back then I choose to persist with Kenny indefinitely. This is not the case.
If Kenny wins two cups, then the case can be made that he has something to build on next season. This must be coupled with a better transfer market session than last season - we all agree on that. But if the owners decide that he has not the grade - so be it - I will support that gladly. I'd much rather have an exciting new dynamic manager with a fresh approach than going back to Rafa - and in this I am not alone. I respect what Rafa did for us though.
