Simple question. If you had the chance would you swap our players with Newcastle's?

A simple yes or no will suffice.

HELL no, if you sold both squad we'd still get more for ours in value

Upcoming world class players IMO for 2014 WORLD CUP:
K-P Boateng, Gotze, Sturridge, Kroos, Lucas Leiva, Hummels, Kyriakos Papadopoulos,

I wouldnt BUT if you look at the FACTS
we bought their two best players last season and they are doing better than us.
Carroll was bought for 35m so either he is worth 5m now or Ba and Cisse each are worth 45m......
Gerrard, Carra, Bellamy are worthless (age)
Saurez is probably our only player worth more than 20m....

I totally agree. I wouldn't swap but, based on todays game and our overall league postion they have a better team than us.

That seems to be a fact and a very worrying one. How has that happened and who is responsible?

Do they just have a better scouting network than us or is it their manager? What else can it be?

If I was the owner these would be the questions I would be asking. If you can work out why, you can work out a solution.

No to squad but maybe yes to manager he has done great work with the resources available to him but 1 seasons performance is too soon to judge wasn't overly convinced previously. Where has KD's passion gone he is standing on the touch line showing no emotion at all.

Currenty they are better than us. Unfortunately its a fact.

So there must be a reason for it. I'm not a footy manager so I don't know where we are going wrong.

Is it the manager or is it the players?

Personally i think one good season for a manger is not enough to say they are good enough or not. That said I would rather bring in someone who has experience in bringing in players that turn out to be effective and have experience of building a winning team..
