We must keep the faith with the owners, they will do what is best for the club

I will listen, only if your answer contains wisdom

i find it interesting that the only post match thread offering up a space for rational thought has no posts in it. sums it up really. no one wants to "not panic", everyone wants to run around screaming insults and laying the boot in. nice idea heggy but youre wasting your time here.

youre right though, whatever decision is made, it needs to be thought out, measured, and most importantly, the right one.

Give Daglish another season, personaly I think ti's the fact the majority of the team is built on players who don't have the mentality to turn defeats into wins, players like enrique, downing, hendo, adam, carroll, flanno, spearo, shelvey, all are too inexperienced or what experience they do have has been in teams where mid table has been acceptable hence they lack the mentaility when under the kosh or the tactical awareness to turn games around, and before you say it's dalglish's fault for signing them I agree but we needed players who count as homegrown and without champ league footy or large wages couldn't attract the best foreign players last summer

Upcoming world class players IMO for 2014 WORLD CUP:
K-P Boateng, Gotze, Sturridge, Kroos, Lucas Leiva, Hummels, Kyriakos Papadopoulos,

Problem with the yanks is that they have no idea what's going on in football. Keep faith in them???

Also on a side note when did the British players start diving so much, today we saw Carroll do it, Downing has done it a few times this season most notably against Utd at home, Adam had that theatrical dive with the smallest of touches to go down for the free kick for Gerrard to score against Utd and again has done so many a time this season and not gotten the foul, seems like Hendo is the only honest one with our home grown players

There's a saying in poker: the best thing you can do is lose big on a bad play. Winning while playing poorly will only encourage you to continue to play that way.

Sadly, we've been losing while playing badly and haven't worked out how to play well. Obviously we shouldn't panic, but something's got to give.

It's almost better to be bad than mediocre. Had we won a few games and scraped 5th the owners might have stood pat with everything. As it is, they will now have to invest in new players

and a new manager, and it doesn't look like we can wait till the end of the season.

All we have had from our owners are words. They have put nothing into the club yet. What they are up to lord only knows.
