We are still supporters of the proudest club in the world, with the best record of any English club, and our day may well come again. If it doesn't, I for one am damned proud to be an honourary scouser and have been for 46 years and I will support Liverpool onto my deathbed.
Our fortunes are at a very low point on the pitch, but don't give them our self respect too. 'They' being outsiders and nay-sayers who mistake vitriol for criticism and concern.
No-one can put our spirit down, unless we allow them to.
