You have to really calm down and think here, seriously be careful what you wish for because we have many and I mean many problems and we don't want another problem being piled on us especially a big problem like the keepers position. United and Arsenal are the two I can think of that has struggled with a weaker keeper.

Reina has many advantages but no one is the complete package, he is still one of the best for me and hopefully will remain with us for many years to come no matter what his critics think.

I`m sorry to say that I have lost confidence in Pepe now, although very good with his outfield play his basic keeping is getting worse.
I have lost count of the amount of goals we have conceeded from within our 6 yard box, he never leaves his line anymore, this leaves our defenders right under the bar, all this does is create confusion and we are repeatedly paying for it.!
His form has dropped off a little year by year and I would not be too worried if he left in the summer.

reina is the least of our worries. the 6 yard box issue can be a defence/ keeper communication issue too. if confidence is a bit shakey in can bring about mistakes like that, unfortunately for the keeper, he is the last line of defence and usually gets the blame. i think there are teams out there who would kill for reina, including united.

Of all the keepers in the Prem last six years he has been most consistent. Cech looked unbeatable when Chavs were winning titles but he now looks ordinary and a couple of notches below Reina.

Reina is a great keeper but he just hasn't been at his best this season we need a good young keeper who will push him for his place he just hasnt been challenged for his spot and that seems to be costing us badly .

Pepe is a quality keeper, and will be quality again (for us ) but is stinking this season

Whilst most people can see that he doesn't appear to be as good as he was a few years back he has still let in fewer goals than the majority of keepers this season. Again, you have to question the training as to why so many players are under performing. Reina IS a very good keeper and would still be the first name on the teamsheet in my opinion, it's just that his performance has dropped in line with the rest of the team in the last 12 months. It has to be a management issue.

I think he is of the opinion that he will never achieve his dreams under this current regime
