Like that Bar,the album is steadily growing on me now.  Good man yourself, lumba! It's a quality album. 3 of their 4 albums have been top notch. Not overly keen on the second one - a bit mediocre aside from 2 or 3 songs.

Fantastic song. For me though, 'By The Way' was their last good album. Stadium Arcadium was a massive disappointment for me personally. Dunno why bands release double albums - they very rarely work! I can only think of 2 off the top of my head that are great double albums, and they're 'The Wall' and 'The White Album'.
