cheers wakka. i never realised that there was a hatred towards oots until i came to this site but i also realise that its a small few morons that spread that hatred and most lfc fans welcome fans from all over the globe. as with everywhere in te world you will always get a small number of ignorant morons that cant be helped.

yep agreed but the majority of scousers (of which i'm one)are not actualy that stupid. Never seen or heard anything outside Anfield to suggest that any red whoever they were would be unwelcome. Only happens on forums or some dick in the bar who has never been to a football match let alone Anfield

I wasn't aware that there was so much of this OOT nonsense these days. Just to keep things simple, I wonder if these 'locals' would prefer it if we only fielded 'local' players? 7th place would be a dream come true!

I am a woolyback e.g I live in Liverpool but not from Liverpool. I do get stick 99% good natured but Liverpool people are part welsh part irish and do have an insular nature. They tend to stick together in adversity and mistrust outsiders as a general rule. However in recent years Liverpool has (and is) expanding and is one of the biggest growing populations in europe so the old scouser is becoming diluted or replaced. Whether that is good or bad I can't say. In terms of Liverpool FC the real issue is not OTT (whatever that means what is town?? Kensington, Toxteth, West derby, kirkby, knowsley, st helens) but the price of the tickets which is forcng real fans out of the game. I know Liverpool has a lot of Irish fans god only knows how they afford the fare and the ticket its bad enough living a few miles away.

Tell me honestly, how many of you would walk down the aisle with YNWA like they did instead of a usual wedding song?

I noticed the stoke game was not a sell out (42k) its hurting now. I only go to prem games now. The OTT argument is not only silly but irrelevant soon no one will be able to go. And once you stop going you don't come back.
