Rafa's weakness is man-management but he more than makes it up with superb tactics and bringing in the right players. People claim that he bought terribly and I beg to differ. Most of his flops managed to recoup more than half the value. His success signings brought huge profits for the club. Think alonso 30m, torres 50m, etc. How has he brought the club down when he wasn't even backed with funds despite earning CL money in the later seasons?
