It seems nobody wants to get into positions to score

How many times this season do i only see one red shirt in the box and lots of people on the edge of the d

Its like we play not to lose than rather to win and to me that tactical and management issues

This has been a major problem! I watched the Sunderland game and it was the same story over and over - and this has been typical of our season from start to finish - our players getting into positions out wide to put aimless crosses into the box. The crosses are put in and typically we are outnumbered by 1-2 forward players to 6-7 opposition players. It's madness. The crosses look lazy, and don't look like they're aimed at all (the majority of these ones are from Charlie Adam). We're never going to score with these tactics.

Out of interest, does anyone have any stats on how many headers we've scored this season? I can't remember too many.

Opta Sports @OptaJoe
38 - Liverpool have had 22 more shots than Man Utd in the PL this season but have scored 38 fewer goals. Contrast.

Says it all.

That has to be tactical because last season Adam would be in that box for Blackpool as just one example

Plus what is gerrard doing just ahead of the back four he cannot do anything from there but that is where he players these days lol

Back on topic, Kenny gives his thoughts on the Suarez rumour:

Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish is reading nothing into reports Uruguay international Luis Suarez would be interested in playing for Paris St Germain.

Speaking to French television, Suarez had admitted that he would be open to the possibility of linking up with countryman Diego Lugano at PSG.

PSG have been linked with a summer move for the 25-year-old, who was banned for eight matches earlier in the season after being found guilty of racially abusing Patrice Evra.

Despite being linked with a possible move away from Anfield, Dalglish adopted a defensive stance - highlighting the fact that Lugano has not been playing very much himself.

When questioned what Dalglish thought of Suarez's quotes, he replied: "How often has Lugano played this year?"

Suarez is not Paris bound

Dalglish was not being drawn into speculation over Suarez, insisting the programme was more about PSG ace Lugano and Napoli's Edinson Cavani.

"I think you'll find Cavani was also mentioned and I think you'll find it was a television programme about Lugano," he continued.

"Anything you tell me I'm dismissing."

In fairness, I would expect the same thing that I thought from the first second I saw this story emerge - that it is absolute bullsh*t and mischief-making by the media to sell papers.

I would not be surprised to see Suarez departing to PSG or any other club outside England. Don't get me wrong. I like him and treat him as the best creative player in the Liverpool squad at this moment of time but the media and rival's fans are killing his confidence more and more as days goes by. All his movements now will be magnified by the media and they will make a mountain out of a mole hill with anything that Suarez did. So seriously I would not blame him if he chooses to depart Anfield to another country where he can rebuild his reputation. But if he do stay I hope that King Kenny do get a striking partner for him. From what I saw of him in his Uruguay games , he excel when he have Forlan and Cavani alongside him. So that means that he plays better with a partner whom are more mobile and willing to anticipate his every attacking movements...

He could do it at Ajax. He was banging them in there. Andy Carroll was banging them in at Newcastle. Stewart Downing scored 8 in his last season at Villa. Adam scored 13 last season with Blackpool. Why are none of them scoring enough here? Maybe it's the coaching? Or the system that we're playing?

To be fair... Mateja Kezman was also "banging them in" in the Eredivisie. So was Alfonso Alves. But I get your point. Players don't suddenly become sh*t overnight. Well, except for Charlie Adam.
