Liverpool had a keeper in the 60's Tommy Lawrence the flying pig he made Nevile Southall look skinny. He was a great keeper though.

Thing is John and Jan weren't "fat" when they first come to the club. They were built, but not really fat. I think they realized that they didn't need to train as hard, because they had plenty of ability anyway.

Razors equalizer against the Scum at Anfield for 3-3 always makes me laugh though. His reaction/celebration after the header is priceless.

Urghhhhhh, where am I again?

If he played today he would be the best goalkeeper in the world never conceeding a goal at all, because he would block the entire goalmouth.
