just to be devils advocate for a sec, tthere's no reason the owners would want us to be mediocre. plus they did drum up that sponsorship deal. i dont particularly like the yanks, but i cant help but think that fans, manager and owner all want a succesful club. but there's def sometthing that needs to be sorted out, be it money for players or whatever.

He should not be sacked now that would be crazy. However if this carries on and we once get to end of the season and also if we get new owners then things will look precarious for him. Lot of ifs I agree.

i agree. sensible.
a lot of people calling for the axe. but its so easy to tear down, so hard to construct.

rafa's top buys have all been players who have had huge talent and were big names in spain before the came to lfc torres, reina and xabi. ok all are great players but where are the young players and the bargains who do a good job to replace the superstars?
he cant buy good mid range players £5-12m and thats we have voronin, lucas and babel which let us down game after game season after season.
Im sick of saying oh well theres always next season!! anyone else getting sick of it?
