flames please don't get me wrong, I am happy, but you cannot be happy with a sub standard championship team taking us to penalties in a final.
55 million of talent substituted, and downing man of the match yes but overall not good enough for the money spent this season.
But hey we won so nothing else matters I guess

these finals are always like thi though, you could put an under 12's girls team in there and it would be competitive. finals rattle the big guns and big up the little guns. what matters is we won.

Seems we dominated the game again and just couldn't finish it off. Cardiff were always going to be tough in a final as smaller teams are always pumped for a chance at glory. Another keeper who had a great game against us which made it difficult to get passed him.
We win and that is all that counts and hopefully this helps the players attitude and keeps it more positive moving forward. We're still in the FA cup so can win a double this year and are still a chance to get 4th too so let's hope this victory propels us forward for the remainder of the season.

But hey we won so nothing else matters I guess Oh dear! They're 4th in the Championship, btw, so they could easily be in the EPL next season, and have played in more domestic cup finals than Liverpool since 2007. That's not sub-standard, mate.
